This Sunday, June 6th, is Election Day in Rocky Point. To help people make a clear headed decision when voting, Mexico implements restrictions on the sale of booze on the day of the election. Seems pretty reasonable.
So from just past midnight all through Sunday, coolers at convenience store and other places that sell alcohol will be locked, so don’t ask! And make sure to stock up before Sunday morning’s Bloody Mary has to turn into just one more cup of Joe.
But there is a change this year for the first time, pretty reasonable too I might add. Go to a restaurant, and you can order a drink WITH FOOD. SO great, you were going to eat out any way!
