On her way as we speak, the cruise ship Astoria is currently making her way between home in England, and her destination in Puerto Peñasco, Mexico.
Set to begin the first series of cruises leaving Rocky Point that begin on January 9th, Astoria is will pass through the Panama Canal in the next few days. Her itinerary after leaving home port in Rocky Point includes many of the well known coastal locales in the Sea of Cortez. Loreto, Mazatlan, Cabo San Lucas, and more are on the agenda.
The night before she sets sail, you can be part of Rocky Point history. A gala diner and dance will be held aboard the Astoria, anchored off shore in Rocky Point. This event benefits the local DIF social services organisation.
