Today at a press conference at the Playa Bonita Resort, members of Puerto Peñasco’s Rotary Club International announced the agenda for the upcoming District 4100 Conference.
“This event is beneficial for the community in many ways, because the city is receiving more than 500 visitors, which means incoming money for local businesses. People are coming all the way from Los Mochis in Sinaloa to the south, through Sonora and all the way to Baja in the Northwest. Most have never visited Rocky Point before” said district President Oscar Palacio Soto.
From April 28th through the 30th, Rotary Club members will get a chance to expand their network, attend seminars, while enjoying all that Rocky Point has to offer.
On hand to represent the local Club was Local Rotary Club was President Julio C. Valenzuela, District President Oscar Palacio Soto, Shandra Keeseker as Nominal President, and the XXVI Conference of the 4100 District Chairman of the Rotary Club representing San Luis Río Colorado Leticia Jaquez.
