The folks at Colin’s Cantina, located at the entrance to Princesa Resort (and open to the public) brings you maybe the best part of the Holiday Season – great food!
Intimate Colin’s is a favorite with visitors for a great menu full of everything a home town Bistro should have. Big, tasty breakfasts, nachos, tacos, burgers and more. Oh and top notch Bloody Mary’s too. It’s cozy interior is always welcoming, and the breezy patio looks out to a palm framed view of the beach. More than anything, the staff at Colin’s take things to another level of fun. Gringo Bingo every Thursday at 4pm is a lot of people’s favorite fun local event. Live music follows with Tony Jimenez. Mimosa Sunday starts the day spinning at 9am with, get this, bottoms Mimosas! Lots of screens to watch the game inside, live music on the chill patio with Sax player Rich Scott too. Again the staff makes it all great fun.
The kitchen will be ready for New Years Eve diners with a special menu. Rib Eye Steak, Baked Potatoes, veggies and a glass of wine for 21.00 USD. Sure to be YUMMY as always!
P.S. Colin’s staff gets a well deserved break in January the 8th through the 22nd when the restaurant will be closed.
