Mexico’s most prestigious Art and Culture Festival. Every year, Guanajuato is the location for world class theater, dance, music, and visual arts. Puerto Penasco has been an extension city for the festival, including last year. The Malecon was filled with festival goers.
This event brings top international performers to our local stage. This year, Taiwan’s Amoving Sound will perform on Rocky Point’s Malecon.
